IRISH THEATRE INSTITUTE JOINS WITH THEATRE FORUM FOR 'CONNECTIONS'

ITI and Theatre Forum will host Connections: Creating Work Together an event for theatre and dance artists, festival and arts centre directors and producers about collaborations in new contexts and for new audiences.

Join us on Friday 31st July (Zoom) as we discuss ways of working in the ‘new normal’, adapting and imagining new ways of creating work, making connections and presenting to audiences. The session will comprise of:

•  Introduction by Maureen Kennelly, Arts Council Director setting out the Arts Council’s supports for developing and making work in the remainder of 2020, 2021 and beyond.

•  Peter Jordan of SLUA and independent producer Kate Ferris will share the latest thinking on rehearsal and performance protocols for dance and theatre.

•  Open Forum (open mic) session for artists to share a project or initiative with the arts centres, festivals and producers in attendance.
