The team at Irish Theatre Institute (ITI) is delighted to announce that Richie O’Sullivan will join us as our General Manager in late June. Richie will bring sectoral knowledge, extensive production, tour management and festival administration experience to the role.
Co-Director Jane Daly said, on behalf of ITI, that “we see in Richie a committed, dedicated and ambitious arts manager who we know will fit in perfectly as a key member of ITI’s small but dynamic team. He joins us at a very busy time when we are beginning to welcome artists back to the theatre workplace, are rolling out a wide range of artist support programmes on and offline and are leading on Speak Up, Phase II. We are delighted to welcome him to ITI”.
Richie has worked as the Festival Administrator with Dublin Theatre Festival since 2019 and is a former Company and Tour Manager with Druid. Richie is also a freelance Producer and has worked as a Stage Manager with companies including Druid, The Abbey, The Gate, Rough Magic, and Fishamble: The New Play Company. He has a Masters in Cultural Policy and Arts Management and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) .
