ITI IN PARTNERSHIP WITH AGE & OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCES THE ARTISTS PARTICIPATING IN PRIME PLATFORM 2019

Irish Theatre Institute (ITI) in partnership with Age & Opportunity is delighted to announce the artists participating in prime Platform 2019. This is the second iteration of prime Platform which presents an opportunity for theatre artists to pitch ‘in development’ projects and ready to tour shows to programmers, arts centres, venues, directors and funding organisations in order to ignite conversations and opportunities for the future presentation of their work.

Following a competitive application and shortlisting process Five lead artists were selected to participate: Eileen Gibbons; Seán Millar; Little John Nee and Bairbre Ní Chaoimh. The prime Platform industry event will take place in Bewley’s Café Theatre on Tuesday 19th November.

ITI is a resource organisation for the professional theatre sector which supports theatre makers and artists to make and present excellent work for Irish and international audiences. Since its first iteration in 2015 ITI’s prime has offered actors and theatre makers aged 50+ years professional development opportunities to build skills and develop ideas and grow networks towards a continued successful career.

Please note that, due to unforseen cicumstances, Aidan Jordan will not participate in the event as originally announced.
